WHAT IS WARPED?

Warped is an occult series of twelve 30 minute scripts for the purposes of being made into a sitcom.

It revolves around the twisted escapades of a young man, named Michael Brooding who suffers from psychosis.

Meaning, Michael is prone to hallucinations which contain many fantasy, mythological and fairytale archetypal characters.

Fortunately he has a therapist on hand to discuss these illusions. Unfortunately it is merely a plastic Gargoyle hanging on his study wall.

He talks to it and he imagines it talks back.

Warped is saturated with a subversive undercurrent that delights in punching holes in wholesome themes and contorting familiar stereotypes into the unrecognizable.

Whatever you have read or seen before, you have never seen anything like Warped.
